Beth began her career in residential real estate before moving into title. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Beth has worked as a senior sales representative, managed and opened offices and was most recently Associate Vice President of Sales and Marketing prior to joining Landmark Title. Beth grew up in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Arizona in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix and is an active member of real estate industry organizations throughout the Valley.

Mary Van Alstyne spent more than a decade working as a real estate agent before making the switch to title and escrow two years ago. As a Business Development Manager, Van Alstyne is focused on building new customer relationships and taking care of existing clients. She is a Buffini Certified Facilitator, a member of the American Land Title Association and an active volunteer with PSI World, St. Mary’s Food Bank, Feed My Starving Children and OCJ Kids. Van Alstyne grew up in the Valley and is now the proud mom of four.

Patty Carabio joins the Landmark Title team with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Patty began her career as a loan officer before making the switch to business development in title and escrow. Prior to joining Landmark Title, Patty has worked for large national firms. Patty was born and raised in Southern California and made her way to Arizona when she attended Western Bible College. She is an active member of West Maricopa Association of Realtors (WeMAR) and the National Association of Real Estate Professionals (NAREP). Patty now lives in Peoria, Arizona and is a proud mom of four.

Michael Carabio began his career in marketing for a title company, where he spent three years before joining the Landmark Title’s Business Development team. As a Business Development Manager, Michael is focused on building client and partner relationships. Michael comes from a long line of realty professionals, which inspired him to follow in their footsteps.  When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball or cheering on his brother at his sports events and sister at her dance tournaments.

Zach Monroy is an Arizona native that began his career in fitness before making his transition to the title industry. In 2016, he accepted a position as a Business Development Manager with a national title company where he spent four years before joining Landmark Title. Zach is focused on building client relationships with Realtors and lenders in need of escrow services. Zach is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the West & South East REALTORS® of the Valley (WESERV). Zach studied Biology at Phoenix Community College and earned his AA in the arts. Outside of work, he loves exercising, woodworking and spending time with his family. Zack is fluent in American Sign Language.

Jessica is a fourth generation Arizona native that grew up in Globe. She’s built her career in relationship management working finance and real estate. Jessica spent nearly seven years in the mortgage industry before making the leap into tile and escrow. As a Business Development Manager for Landmark Title, she is focused on developing and attracting new clients and fostering existing client relationships, while expanding the Landmark brand. Jessica earned an associates degree at Mesa Community College and studied Kinesiology and Nutrition at ASU. When Jessica is not working, she enjoys hiking, yoga, spending time with her son and traveling.

Ulises Velasco brings more than 15 years of experience in graphic design to the Landmark Title Team. Ulises grew up in Nogales, Arizona and attended the Art Institute of Phoenix where he earned a BA in graphic design. As a Design & Data Center Manager, Ulises works with the marketing and business development team to develop, design, print and multimedia collateral materials for Landmark Title residential escrow team.

Sarah is passionate about real estate and motivated by the limitless opportunities the industry has to offer. As a Social Media Marketing Strategist at Landmark Title, she prides herself on thinking outside the box when implementing strategies and marketing solutions. Sarah holds an important supporting role to the Landmark Title business development team and Landmark Title’s clients. Prior to joining the company, Sarah worked for a leading real estate company where she was responsible for recruitment and education. She also worked as the executive director for an arts and education center where she gained extensive experience growing a network and community. Sarah serves on the board of directors for H.E.L.P. (Homeless Engagement Lift Project), which provides programs to support the homeless. Services include the distribution of 6,000 meals a month to homeless children in Metro Phoenix through its H.E.L.P. Snackz Program.
