Herstory Month: Women at Landmark Title

Women of Landmark Title

March is Herstory Month, which is dedicated to raising awareness and celebrating the accomplishments and stories of women. At Landmark Title we have an amazing team and many of our members are women with great stories to tell.

At the helm is our president, Vicki Etherton with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Vicki provides our clients a hands-on approach and has expertise in dealing with highly complex commercial transactions.

Vicki did not stumble into the title business per chance, her mother was branch manager and escrow officer for Stewart Title where Vicki worked part-time during her schooling. Vicki quickly learned the business and showed a real aptitude, which earned her the position as branch manager for Lawyers Title by the age of 21, where she successfully managed the residential division. Three years later, Vicki moved into the commercial division where she spent 15 years.

Vicki has surrounded herself with the best and the brightest and built the Landmark Title team on a philosophy dedicated to personalized service that just happens to include great women like our VP, Randall Parmele and Senior Residential Escrow Officer, Jonie Alden.

Randall heads up business development at Landmark Title and brings 35 plus years of experience in real estate sales, management and investment. Jonie comes from a background with Pulte Homes where she worked for 20 years.

Under Jonie’s leadership, our residential title team leverages their experience to offer our clients respected insight, knowledge and a personalized approach that provides options and solutions to help overcome challenges that can make a closing difficult.

At Landmark Title we are proud of all our female colleagues and partners and acknowledge and celebrate Herstory Month by sharing their stories and journeys.
